By ordering or registering on KERRIN.CO you grant us the right to include your contact details in our database. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can unsubscribe at any time and we will remove you from our communications.
Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING Same day dispatch for orders received by 9am AEST Monday - Friday following credit verification. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and dispatched within 24 hours.
Slight delays might be experienced during peak times. Please contact us at email@example.com if you do not receive your order in a timely manner.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY RATES (AUSTRALIA) A flat rate of $10 will apply to any domestic orders. All domestic orders will be distributed via Australia Post. Tracking information will be provided on dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY RATES We offer two flat rate shipping options for international orders.
Option 1: AU$30 for Australia Post Standard International Postage Service. Tracking numbers are provided on dispatch. Delivery may take between 3 days and two weeks after dispatch.
Option 2: AU$60 for DHL Express. Tracking numbers are provided. Delivery may take 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for their own import and/or customs duties on orders and are responsible for paying these duties to release their goods from customs on arrival.
RETURNS POLICY We want you to enjoy life knowing your KERRIN items will keep you looking and feeling laid back and collected. So we’ve been pretty meticulous about the design and quality of our clothes. But we understand that there might be times when you will want to return an item. This policy applies to all purchases made online at KERRIN.CO and via the KERRIN mobile pop-up stores.
TIMEFRAME Returns must be returned to KERRIN within 30 days of the purchase having been received. Any discrepancies or issues with your KERRIN purchase need to be reported via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
FULL-PRICED ITEMS Full-priced items purchased from KERRIN.CO may be returned and then a refund or KERRIN gift card will be issued, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.
SALE ITEMS ‘Sale’ items purchased from the KERRIN.CO website or via KERRIN mobile pop-up stores may only be returned for a KERRIN gift card, provided that the item(s) meet the conditions for full-priced item returns.
EXCHANGES OF KERRIN PURCHASES Unfortunately, due to items selling out quickly, exchanges cannot be guaranteed on KERRIN purchases as your requested item may sell out prior to us receiving your return. If your purchase meets the return conditions, you are able return your item and purchase an alternative item.
RETURN CONDITIONS Returns may be refused if the item is assessed to be unfit for resale. This clause does not apply where an item has a manufacturing defect which has been brought to our attention within six months of the purchase date.
The conditions of KERRIN providing a refund or credit are that the goods are returned to the original purchase location within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the sole discretion of KERRIN in which case only a KERRIN credit voucher will be offered: - proof of purchase to KERRIN’s satisfaction is provided, in the form of the KERRIN transactional receipt or invoice; and - the items are in their original condition, meaning that: - all tags are still intact; - the items are in their original packaging; and - the items have not been worn, altered, damaged or washed. KERRIN RETURNS CONDITIONS AND EXCLUSIONS Full-priced items purchased from KERRIN may be exchanged or returned for a KERRIN credit voucher or refunded provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.
‘Sale’ items purchased from KERRIN cannot be returned for reason of change of mind.
Return of faulty items: We can assist you with your return of a faulty item by offering you a number of solutions: - if the fault is minor (as determined at the sole discretion of KERRIN), we may elect to repair the product, where possible; - if the fault is major (as determined at the sole discretion of KERRIN), you may elect to receive: a replacement product (if possible); or credit; or a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using a credit in which case another credit voucher may be issued). In the case of the return of a faulty item, KERRIN will only offer a repair, exchange, credit or refund if: - the goods are returned within a reasonable time, being six months from the date of purchase; - proof of purchase to KERRIN’s satisfaction is provided, in the form of the KERRIN transactional receipt or invoice; and - upon assessment by KERRIN: the item is considered faulty; or the item is considered to hold a manufacturing fault; or the item varies significantly to the KERRIN description and/or images; or the item delivered is not the item that was ordered. KERRIN will not offer a repair, exchange, credit or refund of any item where fault or damage has been caused by the wearing of, or incorrect caring for, the item. However, if you believe the item is faulty please follow our return procedure.
HOW TO RETURN The items for repair, exchange or return must meet the requirements set out in this Policy.
Step 1: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#).

Step 2: When you receive your Returns Authorisation Number from KERRIN, send the item(s) with your Returns Authorisation Number clearly marked on the package to: KERRIN Co PO Box 403 Albert Park VIC 3206 Australia
Returned items must be received by KERRIN at the address above within five business days of KERRIN issuing the Returns Authorisation.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES AND RETURN SHIPPING Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. KERRIN takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by KERRIN. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping.
REFUND TENDER If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be returned in the same manner as the original payment method or as a KERRIN credit voucher. Returns are processed in accordance with our processing procedures. Processing of refunds can take up to five business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. You will receive an email from KERRIN when you refund has been processed.
If you are a consumer as defined in the ACL, the following notice applies to you: "Our goods come with warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Guarantees). You are entitled to a replacement or a refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.”
AMENDMENT This Policy may be amended from time to time by KERRIN, without prior notice. Any purchase from us following any such amendments will be deemed to be confirmation that you accept those amendments. We recommend that you check KERRIN’s current Terms, before making any purchase. Our agents, employees and third parties do not have authority to change the Terms.
