Florence in our stride
The spotlight in Florence just got a warm glow of Australian sunshine, with The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald turning their gaze to Kerrin last week, naming us as one of only two Australian labels to showcase at the prestigious menswear tradeshow Pitti Uomo this January. Being part of this influential event marks a milestone in our journey to introduce the world to leisurewear imbued with Australian spirit. Our second appearance at Pitti Uomo builds on the momentum we started last June. For us, this event is about more than showcasing our designs—it’s about creating a space to showcase our Australian label on the global stage.

As designer Kerrin Schuppan shared with The Sydney Morning Herald, the Kerrin label offers a fresh perspective to the European market. Combining a less-is-more design philosophy with a relaxed Australian sensibility, pieces are crafted from premium materials like merino wool and Australian cotton jersey. The response to our range has been encouraging, but as Kerrin notes, success in Italy takes time. Returning to Florence for a second season underscores our commitment to the long haul.
